Josh Rosebrook Pre-Sale status during COVID-19

Trying to determine what to keep in stock and how much to keep in stock during the COVID-19 crisis is difficult to adjust to. With the freshness of natural skin care being important, especially in a high end international brand like Josh Rosebrook, we have made a large amount of the range available for pre-sale instead of having it on our shelves. The positive in this situation means you are getting much fresher stock because it's coming straight from Josh Rosebrook in the USA and then we ship it to you. The negative means that you need to place your order and wait for the shipment so you will need to plan approx 4 to 6 weeks in advance depending on how close you are to our ordering window when you place your order.

Like many retail businesses in Australia right now, we are struggling. For us to still be in business and able to serve you moving forward, a select number of brands need to be sold this way until we see a COVID-19 spending pattern that allows us to keep stock of the right products on our shelves without wastage.

Josh Rosebrook were closed for several weeks from March through April and are now shipping product again in May 2020.


We will be placing our Josh Rosebrook stock orders with our supplier on the following dates. Please allow a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks after this date for dispatch from our warehouse.
