All credit card transactions on our store are processed by Braintree, a PayPal company. Your card details are keyed in on our website in a frame hosted by PayPal. We don't ever see or store your card details under any circumstances. We are unable to place extra charges on your credit car under any circumstances.


All contact information typed in to our store is protected by SSL encryption. Your data is not made available to any third party under any circumstances. Should a brand need your contact details to arrange a replacement item, we will inform you first.


We have high level fraud protection on our checkout, but from time to time, people do manage to use stolen credit cards to shop on sites all over the world, ours included. If we see an order from a first time customer that falls in to any pattern we have seen in credit card fraud, we will hold your order and request an ID check before processing your order.

We apologise if we need to do this. There is no protection for the store when a stolen credit card is used. It is a quick and simple and non-invasive process if you are a genuine shopper.


All parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance.

FOR SIGNATURE REQUIRED ORDERS - your insurance covers loss or damage in transit.

FOR AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ORDERS - your insurance covers damage in transit and loss in transit up to the point where it is scanned as being delivered. The insurance does not cover any parcel that goes missing after it is delivered. Choose this option carefully.
